Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods processing may take a little longer — we’ll let you know.

Delivery times (estimate) - South Africa (standard): 4–7 business days - International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates - Free shipping on orders over R800 (South Africa) or $50 (international) - Flat rate (South Africa): R99 - Flat rate (International): $8 (or calculated at checkout depending on your location)

Tracking & updates You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive tracking info within 4 business days, contact us at support@the-pampered-pets.store. 

Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thepampered-pets.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate and find a solution.
